Certified Real Estate Stagers will showcase the
potential in your current residence to make it stand out

market. Second, we pride ourselves on our “finishing
touches.” Some move transition companies take pictures
of your old home and try to recreate your old living
space in your new home. Room Whispers Redesigners takes
a different approach. We believe a new interior design
should be one of the highlights of starting your new
life in your new home. All of our Real Estate Stagers
and Redesigners are certified.

Can you explain the role of the
Transition Manager?
Room Whispers Redesign assigns a Transition Manager to
every project. Your Transition Manager will coordinate
all aspects of your move and be an integral part of your
life throughout the process. From making sure your house
is ready to sell (Real Estate Staging), to organizing,
downsizing, new residence preparation, managing the move
company, packing and unpacking, move-in coordination,
decorating, and personal shopping, your Transition
Manager will be there to help every step of the way,
ensuring a smooth transition into your beautiful new
home.

How does the Real Estate
Staging process work?
Your Transition Manger will coordinate an exterior and
interior walkthrough of your property and provide a
prioritized checklist identifying items for repair,
change, cleaning, removal, and storage. Room Whispers
Redesign can then help prepare your home for sale with a
Real Estate Staging Transformation. This could include
coordination of contractors, painting, and removal of
nonessential items. By rearranging your furniture, art,
accessories, and focal point lighting, we will recreate
your space for maximum visual appeal and showcase your
home’s potential.

What happens during the initial
consultation and home walkthrough?
If you are not using our Real Estate Staging services,
the initial consultation and walkthrough is where your
relationship with your Transition Manager begins. This
is where your Transition Manager gets to know you and
see your home, review the blueprints of your new
residence, and explain our services.

How will I know which services
are right for me?
Because every move is different, Room Whispers Redesign
offers services in suites or a la carte. Your Transition
Manager will work with you to help determine the
services that best meet your needs and budgetary
requirements. Please see our comprehensive list of
services under section titled, “Moving Transition
Services.”

Will your company schedule and
manage the details of the move?
Absolutely! Your Transition Manager will schedule the
various elements of your move and act as your single
point of contact throughout the entire process. Working
with you, your destination community, and the vendors,
your Transition Manager will coordinate every aspect of
your move.

How does the downsizing process
work?
One of our Certified Redesigners will work closely with
you, your Transition Manager, and the blueprint of your
new residence to help you decide which furniture,
artwork, and treasures to bring to your new home. Once
the decisions have been made, your Transition Manager
can coordinate resources to take care of any items not
going with you to your new home.

How
will your decorating services apply to my new home?
Our Certified Redesigners have years of decorating
experience to call upon when making furniture, artwork,
and accessory downsizing selections. We can also help
with paint color, flooring, and window treatment
selection. A full description of our decorating services

Retirement Living™.”

Do you make your own Custom
Window Treatments?
Yes. Room Whispers Redesign has a Custom Window
Treatment Specialist who will come to your home with
samples and computer aided design software to help you
choose the perfect window treatments for your new rooms.
We will fabricate your dream treatments in our own
workshop. If you prefer commercially available products,
we can shop for or with you to make your decorating
dreams a reality.

What happens on moving day?
Moving day is a very busy day and your Transition
Manager will be there to orchestrate the effort. Our
Redesign Team will work with the movers to make sure
your furniture and boxes end up in the right places. Our
Organizing Team will unpack your belongings and arrange
your kitchen, bathroom cabinets, closets, and drawers.
Before we leave that first evening, you will have all
the amenities of home at your disposal; a bed made to
sleep in, your phone hooked up, lighting so you can find
your way in your new home at night, and anything else
you feel is essential. The Redesign Team will come back
to follow through with the finishing decorative touches.
You will be completely settled in your new home in a few
short days.

Are you and your vendors
insured?
Room Whispers Redesign and our vendors are fully
licensed and insured. We have forged relationships with
some of the best, most reputable businesses in the area.
We perform background and credit checks on our
employees.

How much do your services cost?
Every move is different. Our competitive pricing
structure is based on the services chosen. Other factors
influencing total job cost include the size of your
current and destination homes, as well as the number and
destination of your belongings. Your Transition Manager
will work with you to develop a comprehensive job
description and cost that fits your budget and meets
your needs.
