project. The Transition Manager will develop a move
schedule, coordinate the move, and be your point of contact
throughout the entire process. Working with you, the movers,
contractors, real estate agents and stagers, destination
community personnel, organizers, and the numerous other
elements, the Transition Manager will be there to ensure a
smooth transition into your beautifully decorated new home.
